I have found that being customer focused with attention to providing a quality service gets results and is a great opportunity to learn from each individual customer experience.I use methods and knowledge from my trade background to problem solve and think creatively to fully understand the customer's challenges and their expected solution. Providing that solution is not only satisfying for me, it is also a good measure of a satisfied customer. I am goal driven and results based. I enjoy team work but also thrive on autonomy. I am dedicated to completing a job to the best of my ability and if that is still not enough I will utilise the varying skills and knowledge within my team to reach the goal. I tend to spend more time planning a job or task and if I can foresee any problems then they're less likely to happen. I have a knack for communicating where there is a language barrier using drawings and diagrams to support ideas and concepts.
