I will grow the test and inspection department as well as looking at different ways that we can diversify the business.

Project Management for all on site service activities on multiple sites primarily in Europe but can be called to support the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Ensuring that once on site the teams have all the tooling and support to carry out inspection and repair of gas turbine, steam turbine and generators within the customers power plant. Responsible for the scheduling and cost control to ensure that GE remains a global leader within the power industry. Involved in any customer concerns and leading the team to achieve a suitable resolution.

Leading a team of specialised engineers that travel all over the world repairing Generators, Gas and Steam Turbines in power stations. Responsible for all Safety, Quality and all financial aspects of each outage with regards to my team. Continuously looking at improving processes within the organisation to drive down costs and therefore maximising margin within the business. Development of both salaried and hourly paid staff ensuring that the talent that we create stays within our business. Hiring new talent to ensure we meet the demands of the business and develop a business plan projecting a 5 year forecast for growth. Manage the training of all staff ensuring that we close all skills gaps and prioritise ensuring that we stay within our training budget. Meet tight deadlines on both mobilisation to site and customer want dates. Carry out both safety and quality audits on site.

Managing a team of production operators in the primary manufacturing of bulk pharmaceutical drugs ensuring that all process and procedures are followed. Stop the line when parameters are not met and make decisions to bring the process back into its operating parameters. first point of contact for any process and building alarms that could harm the integrity of the product or personnel. As we operated as a top tier COMAH site I had to know all of the evacuation procedures and where all of the different materials were stored.

Assisted Supervisor running the team in all aspects apart from disciplining operators. Ran safety meetings and GMP meetings dealing with the action that were generated.Additional training in Writing Permits to Work, D31 & D32 Assessor Training.

Glaxo took over Wellcome in 1995)Trained to make Active Pharmaceuticals, following manufacturing instructions to a standard of purity already determined. Worked alone and in a team. Made several different active pharmaceuticals. Additional training: Trained and passed NVQ, Level 3 - Train the Trainer.

Doing planned work and covering shift team for breakdowns, worked in all Primary Production area and the EMC. Additional training: became Corgi Registered.

Working in the Packing Plant with automated machinery, fixing all breakdowns and doing planned work. Additional training in Electrical Isolations and Pneumatics.
