Whilst based in Hampshire dealing with all aspects of commercial property I have acted throughout the UK. Richard Pullen was a founding Director of Southampton-based Palmer Fry, Commercial Property Consultants in 1992 having acquired the Southampton office of of Pepper Fox. Palmer Fry expanded with the acquistion of various businesses and following its merger with Goadsby in 2015, I was Director of Investments and asset management.I set up Pullen Associates in 2010 as a regional consultancy. I work with investors of various sizes and have established long term relationships with many clients a number of whom have come through recommendation. Richard Pullen has acted for Pension Funds, property companies, private individuals and consortium investors.
