In this role I supported configuration change control for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters (HQ) Configuration and Change Management Branch. I defined and maintained the original configuration of system requirements and documented designs. I directed the change process to incorporate only approved, validated changes into product documentation and related software. To deliver configuration status accounting, I tracked all issues and resolutions in reports, product documents, and configuration diagrams. Collaborating with the HQ Infrastructure Change Control Board (ICCB) Compliance team, we developed and monitored ICCB processes. I fulfilled ICCB and component-level board facilitation duties. I conducted post-implementation quality checks for all change requests (CRs) to verify requirement inclusions and deliver post-implementation endorsements to close CRs within timeframe specified in ICCB policy.

I reviewed and tracked ECPs, DEPs, RFDs, and RFWs for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness as submitted to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). I maintained the internal MS Access database for CM production and internal TSA change tracking. I developed and presented CCB briefing materials to request approval for TSA changes. To verify changes were completed and aligned with CR as written, I audited CCB meetings. I investigated issues and supported CCB issue resolution.

I designed, developed, and administered the internal MS Access database to track AWS/BMD change data. I authored and presented Local CCB (LCCB) briefing packages to request change approvals and monitored LCCB responses to address AWS/BMD changes. I investigated and supported LCCB issue resolutions and generated CR metrics reports to refine processes.

I partnered with colleagues during Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) review meetings and Initial Change Proposal (ICP) meetings to maintain current knowledge of changes and issues. I provided Secretariat support during Engineering Review Team (ERT)/LCCB meetings.

I supported planning, CM, and interoperability test execution for NAVSEA DEP at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). During test events I delivered onsite CM support to the DEP test execution team.My role included liaising with multiple DEP-affiliated test sites throughout the US. I communicated schedules to DEP team members and resolved technical and operational problems within test event configurations. I verified enforcement of CM policies and procedures. I developed, maintained, and regulated DEP baseline configuration.
