I'm currently available for hire and looking for opportunities in animation, games and illustration projects. Graduating at Abertay University Dundee where I completed my Masters in Professional Practice in Game Development. This course has helped prepare me with the knowledge and tools that will equip me well working as part of a team or working on my own. The course involved a great deal of independent research requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. My Masters research has helped me gain, an understanding of the Game and Animation industry and current industry practices and software which I look forward to applying in a professional setting. During this time I was given opportunities to help teach the undergraduate animation techniques and principles and how to apply them to their animations. This experience also gave me the opportunity to teach in London that enable me to show and develop students understanding in production, animation and game techniques.My master also was gave me the opportunity to be the art lead on two prototype games that won the BAFTA young game designers awards 2015 this gave me the opportunity to understand the production process and make sure deadlines were met and the client/winners received their prototypes. My main goal after finishing my Masters is looking for opportunities to pursue a career in animation, games, production or teaching, which I’m currently available for hire.Away from the industry, I love my sports and have played basketball for over 15 years, playing scottish National League at under 16 and under 18 level and also collect two chairmen cup wins which was the biggest highlight.I also have ambitions one day about writing and creating my own comic book series that hopefully get to finish and publish.
