LIL is a start-up property development company based in Canary Wharf . The company was set up in 2020 to take advantage of the new permitted development rights. LIL objective is to convert commercial buildings into residential dwellings. The target area is East London as we have a good knowledge of these areas. We are looking to connect and work with property professionals and investors on a win, win basis as we embark on this exciting journey.

LIL (Leaders in Land) LIL is a residential property devolvement company based in London EC1. We also source land sites for developers and investors. LIL deals with residential properties within the East London area. The company was created in 2016 with the objective to meet the growing demand for UK property. The UK government has a target to build 50,000 new homes a year in London alone, due to the current housing shortage. Therefore, before any new properties can be built both property developers and private builders will need a constant supply of new land and development sites.Our business objective is to find, locate and identify suitable land sites for the objective of property development. This will be achieved by working with homeowners who have large access land and then approaching them with the intention to buy their land. LIL will also be working with commercial owners such as shops, pubs and B1 office building. Once LIL have brought and sold a minimum of 10 projects our next objective will then be to start on new building projects. Our end objective is to apply and gain successful planning permission and then build then build out the site.LIL is ready for the challenge of building new developments we are actively looking to build relationships with investors, architectures and planning consultants. LIL will only work closely with land investors who have paid a retainer. This will allow us to only work with serious buyers. LIL will work with two different types of investor’s, investor (A) who invests directly into the company and partner with us on land sites and investors (B) who is looking for land deals.
