• Providing clients with a detailed analysis of their IT networks and electronic security systems and ensuring that their hardware and software are being used to its full potential• Implementing upgrades and offering training opportunities which are sustainable for future business expansion• Maximising sales potential whilst delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer care and satisfaction• Successfully completing major projects including the evaluation of an integrated security system, presentation of an IT and electronic security review, network design and integration for an office relocation and development of a remote stock control system for the storage of explosives

• Ensuring that the state communications service provider was guarded against fraud and risk, both internally and externally, and successfully identifying and eradicating numerous fraudulent activities• Acting as the main point of contact for governmental and international organisations, and liaising with the government on a privatisation strategy• Ensuring that company products and purchases complied with legal and contractual obligations, and confirming that correct procedures were followed when procuring and installing services and software• Increasing the reputation and transparency of the organisation, and monitoring customer feedback and service delivery standards

• Supplying a communications infrastructure to the British Army and other clients in sites across Kosovo, to enable their systems to connect remotely to the main UK network• Leading the Project Management and Engineering teams in supporting clients, fulfilling contract requirements, maintaining a 24 hour service and implementing system upgrades• Delivering both local and international communications systems, including back-up systems and dual service redundancy• Resolving a range of other technical problems on behalf of the clients, and also delivering equipment and maintaining spares files• Successfully designing and introducing a new electronic explosive security system for NATO

• Supporting community groups and organisations by ensuring that they received the maximum support available from the council and helping them to develop their organisations to meet changing needs• Assisting a range of community groups in winning funding and grants, guiding them through the charity registration process and enhancing their access to IT

• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of electronics, communications and avionics servicing, and maintaining aircraft for operational deployment• Saving lives as part of the Search and Rescue team, and gaining valuable leadership and technical skills
