I like to talk to people about the process/problem they are having, gathering a full understanding, and then seeking ways to fix it. I like to get things working better, for companies and people. I feel most issues can be greatly improve with a real honest conversation and some focus on how to make it better for the company. I see that people don't like to take action, they don't like to change, but when you help them out, issues improve. I know this is basic, but it worked for my company to increase sales by 8 times, I am sure it will help improve yours.
