Investigated, recommended, planned and implemented changes to the Credit Card Centre's existing live systems, such as the core processing IBM iSeries Power6 AS400 Main Frame Server, MasterCard Expert Monitoring System (EMS) Web, Middleware and Application Servers, Datastore DS32 Server, Hypercom Term-Master Server, which require planning and allocating unscheduled jobs and requests to meet the demands of the Bank.Provided technical and analytical expertise and support to all levels of personnel within and outside the Credit Card Centre, including the Bank’s subsidiaries, in the areas of the Credit Card Centre hardware, software and system operations with a view to scheduling development work and implementation.Resolved and provided guidance and direction in I.T. matters to the Credit Card Centre computer operations and staff and the Bank’s Information Technology Management Division (where applicable) in the resolution of all trouble reports, for all online authorization interfaces (Issuing and Acquiring), e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Internet Banking, IVR, Batch Settlement Processing, Integrated Credit Card System Card Application, Account Processing, Payment Processing, Transaction Processing, Transaction Switching, Clearing, Routing, Collection Services, Customer Services, Merchant Settlements, overall system and ancillary systems.
