Fully responsible for the set up and development of the finance function, the role managed a team of 8, covering Finance, IT and Supply Chain for Castrol in mainland China. Turnover $15m. This wide-ranging role required resourcefulness, energy and cultural sensitivity in a fast moving environment as well as a strong element of coaching and staff.
