My real world work experience has been at restaurants, and through them I have learned a lot. I'm not afraid of hard work or stress. As a manager I try to lead by example. I work and clean right along with my crew, and stood in their positions before my promotion. I try to be fair and even, but strict when it comes to the rules. I believe that the customers and employees benefit equally from a smoothly running machine.Right now my profile shows my industry as restaurants, but I would like to move beyond this. My passion, from the time I was ten, has been electronics. My family was unable to purchase a computer, however, until I was a freshman in High School. Since then I have been hard at working learning new skills. I've played around with many languages, but only listed the ones I've written real/stable applications with.Software and plugins I have written have received tens of thousands of downloads. I am currently running a website that gets about 1000 views a day (small but it's a side project). I always keep a folder of running projects, things that allow me to try and learn new things. They also allow me to keep busy, as my mind rarely rests.The last year or so I've spent updating my knowledge base. Newer technologies such as Node.js and the advent of ES6 (or at least its main stream adoption) have given me a lot to learn. I have also made sure to stay aware of backward compatibility through tools and my own knowledge.
