• Vendor Management, such as Flextronics NL, UPS, DHL, DANX, Hemmersbach• Responsible for central distribution centre in Venray, Netherlands• Managing forward stocks locations in countries such as Great Britain, France, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Turkey and Israel – 3PL managed • In charge of return to vendor operation • Supervising distribution centre/forward stock location to point of use deliver (7.5K parts daily) • Monitoring reverse logistics • Overseing inventories in distribution centre and forward stock locations (18 locations acros EU) • Responsible for budget and costs of logistics in EMEA region• Managing the team of 15 people across 8 countries (The Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, Israel, United Arab Emirates)

• Management of assigned portfolio of carriers• Managing & aligning processes throughout the chain• Relationship management• Continuously monitoring carriers´ performance and KPI´s• Hosting quarterly/monthly Business reviews• Leading innovation workshops• Analyzing internal shipping process• Assuring correct IT setting
