Michael Waldschlager (CEO) and I formed a relationship outside of business starting in 2012 as we both have the same core values of Christian Service. Over the years we would get together about twice a year to catch up and see how our lives were being directed by God. In August, Michael and I got together and he had the perfect opportunity for me to be able to leverage my past experiences in EOS (Gino Wickman), Managed Service (Trivalent Group), Sales (Gil Cargill) and Marketing (Leader Publishing Worldwide) to be able to help launch Fusion IT to the next level. So what is happening to my EOS practice? I am working with Scott Patchin of TruGroup to handle any of my EOS clients (I also highly recommend him!). The areas I am responsible for are Structure (we will be implementing EOS!), Sales/Marketing and some components of operations.
