Oversee the day-to-day task management necessary in driving small to large scale software projects from inception to development, testing and release. Ensure effective leadership, coaching and coordination between engineering functional teams, in developing standalone and web-based software products focused on providing fire safety technologies to the Nuclear Power industry.Responsible for demonstrating learned skills in helping project and department teams succeed in delivering strategic initiatives, as part of organization-wide programs, in direct support of both internal and external business customers. Day-to-day duties include:•Support the success of the Scrum Team through the use of: Scrum ceremonies, team coaching, utilizing JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, release and sprint scheduling via Jira Portfolio, regular engagement with development to drive rapid delivery and product owners and engineers to ensure the continuous acceptance testing of incremental products.•Drive software projects by planning, executing and maintaining project management processes in the areas of timeline, resource management, quality management, risk mitigation strategies and change management.•Establish a cadence of deliverables from project team members that will culminate in completed, tested requirements and deployed enterprise solutions, web and desktop applications.•Facilitate feature grooming priority discussions between project teams and help present reasonable arbitration between Product Owners and Developers.•Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to properly scope future features and software products.•Assist various product owners and project managers in the creation and management of training programs to improve product knowledge sharing opportunities.•Point of contact in coaching other project teams in the proper roll-out of Agile Scrum methodologies and process management techniques within the JIRA and Confluence tools.

Responsible for generating personalized training programs while leveraging company service guidelines to create an exceptional on-boarding experience for all new clients. Within my role I was permitted to exploit my analytic and project management skills, demonstrate my ability to simplify complex technical information, effectively strategize and communicate implementation plans with client stakeholders and project managers. All while supporting client administrative and end-user personnel in developing the skills and confidence in utilizing an Assessment Management Platform with ease. Main responsibilities included, but not limited to:-Establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, quick deployment and adequate training.-Initiate pre-implementation phase of customer installation, Proof of Concept Pilot – Training Presentation and client verification and validation testing prior to a scheduled go-live date.-Develop configuration notes documentation to deliver to client for sign-off.-Lead on-site training sessions with clients on SaaS solutions.-Learn client’s requirements and translate them to process changes and solution needs and suggest best client solutions.-Provide guidance to Sales and/or Project Management with technical inquiries from existing or potential clientele.-Manage and submit weekly progress reports to management and convey risk mitigation to internal teams such as: Project Management, Technical Support, Account Management and alert on issues.

Day-to-day duties included traveling to a portfolio of client sites within NC, SC, GA, VA and FL in the support of ensuring the successful launch of an assessment management platform via technical configurations, end-user training and ongoing software maintenance planning with client stakeholders. Main responsibilities include, but limited too: -Establishing productive, professional relationships with internal executive leaders, project sponsors and project teams, as well as, working closely with external project management and client stakeholders.-Managing the successful implementation of a SaaS platform within key enterprise accounts.-Development of comprehensive project plans within a designated portfolio, which included: Software integration roadmaps, post-launch maintenance plans, communication schedules, new feature roll-out plans and end-user lunch and learn scheduling to promote software utilization and adoption. -Close collaboration with: Software Product Manager, business analyst, Data Analyst (Tier 3), infrastructure architecture, software development, Quality Assurance teams and other Scrum Team personnel.Other responsibilities include: Project tracking, client weekly status call, monthly steering meeting contributions, conduct on-site customer training, software demonstrations, documenting software requirement specifications.
