Profit and Loss responsibility for the Central Area inside of the Americas Technology Services (TS) Organization, roughly five hundred million dollars of revenue and four hundred million dollars of TS order quota, annually. Day to day operational responsibility for most aspects of the TS business including but not limited to; forecasting, margin protection, minimize Installed Base erosion, customer escalation point, solutioning, pricing, reporting of Area performance, complex terms and conditions negotiations. • Ranked as Master in the Job Level of Service Segment Manager V.• Most recent performance review ranking was a P+ (Exceeds Expectations).• Created a revised Gap planning process that became the standard for Americas Technology Services.• Actively involved in supporting the closure of multiple, large multi-million dollar sales efforts, most notably, United Airlines, Underwriters Laboratories and Dow Chemical.• Was nominated for and participated on the Americas Technology Leadership Council for two years.• Provided mentoring and guidance to many lower level Area employees.

Directly managed 11-person division in the delivery of Information Technology services. Primary responsibilities included: Overseeing all aspects of day to day operations; Designing the operational organization; Program and project management; Systems integration; Scoping and requirement studies as well as Network design. Additional responsibilities included: Select custom software development; Acquiring new accounts through a technical sales role; Project management; supervising all aspects of customer satisfaction; Hiring and personnel responsibility for all Senior Consultants and Developers. • Provided over 90 complete LAN/WAN designs and specifications, varying in size from 50 nodes within a single site to 1800 nodes encompassing 8 sites. • Sole technical sales responsibility for 1.5 million dollars of consulting revenue. • Maintained a fifty-two percent profitability rate throughout 1998.
