Ensure prompt completion of all required loan documentation, covenant testing, monitoring and loan renewals. - Specialty loan product solutions included SBA Express, 7A & 504; Import/EXIM Bank and Swaps. - Treasury Management solutions incorporated Foreign Exchange, Lock Box, Sweeps, Zero Balance Accounts and Corporate Credit Cards with a primary emphasis on maximizing returns while minimizing fraud risks. - Industry specialties encompassed Manufacturing, Health Care, Distributions/Wholesale, Professional Services, Non Profit and Investment Real Estate.Portfolio Management Responsibilities:• Contacting clients to obtain past due loan payments, property taxes, post-closing document exceptions (i.e., updated K.Y.C., Corporate filings, etc.) and other loan servicing issues. • Collecting and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, PFS, accounts receivable aging and other documents as part of annual reporting requirements. • Identifying early warning signs of clients at risk, and then working with internal credit and clients to develop a plan of action for improving the credit.• Preparing loan modifications and collaborating with internal Counsel and Special Asset Group as necessary. • Reviewing loans and presenting deals at loan committee meetings.=======================
