Prior engineer who has transitioned through medicine, physiology, and business. I have spent much of my career developing novel techniques and software for the study of the microcirculation and optimizing the software for anesthesia EMRs. I have been using my MBA training and experience in my role as a division head and Chief of anesthesia at the Wilmer Eye Institute to build a strong and efficient team of clinicians. I hope to share this expertise to guide decision making and designs of new devices and predict, how they might be implemented in real life, and how they might be brought into production.
