I identified a unique opportunity and launched a subsidiary business to Indigo Creek Foods to market and sell distressed short dated, and overruns of foods produced in the U.S. but marketed outside of the manufacturer’s existing market including throughout the U.S., as well as Mexico and abroad. I also branched out into consulting for business, building partnerships across the U.S., in Mexico and around the globe. I worked with a wide range of companies such as Franco Whole Foods and Santana’s Black Label Gourmet Foods. Some key results include:⇨Driving sales revenue to over $1M. ⇨As a consultant, I served as the VP of Sales for Santana’s Black Label Gourmet Foods. I established manufacturing copackers and suppliers for product testing, packaging, and labeling. I also drove retail sales by managing special events and by building and leading a highly qualified and focused sales team. ⇨I led business development and introduced a new product line into the market for Franco Whole Foods as a business consultant.

In this role, I developed and launched a profitable business dedicated to distribution of premium meat, seafood, and gourmet food products to commercial customers as well as direct to consumer. I established a business model to serve a broad national market with primary revenue in Texas and New Mexico. To that end, I oversee daily operations, strategic planning, tactical implementation, and sales activities. Key results include:⇨I leveraged emerging blockchain technologies and became the first ever company to expand into Apollo’s Marketplace; and signed up for beta testing on Apollo Blockchain Ecosystem (Stratus), a social media platform and payment system alternative to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Medium, and PayPal (w/ many more to come) all on one platform with no censorship. This provided a new point of sale and increased sales revenue.⇨By devising a highly profitable gift program for customers with sales ranging from $600 - $25,000, I increased sales and customer loyalty.⇨I successfully beat out my competition through use of new technologies to improve capacity and quality including cryogenic freezing. This also enabled expansion of the product line to include unique high quality products such as sushi-grade tuna, scallops, and salmon as well as wild game and exotic meats.
