As a producer at Maximum Fun, I've helped run the day-to-day operations of different podcasts. This includes Bullseye with Jesse Thorn, NPR’s premier weekend interview show which reaches over 160 million people in the US on over 150 stations. Responsibilities include editing weekly podcast episodes for publishing, research, pitching and booking high-level guests, engineering recordings, script and blog writing and curating social media for the show. I also help to provide support to other podcasts on the network and assist with the planning and execution of live events and shows.

As the marketing coordinator I was responsible for managing all of PBS KVIE’s station social media channels. This includes planning and scheduling posts, creating both still image and video assets and creating and managing social media campaigns including paid social media ads. I was also responsible for drafting written content for the monthly PBS KVIE OnSix guide which is sent to over 20,000 station members in the greater Northern California area. This position required me to work closely with our events and outreach team for planning, conducting, and promoting station events both in-person and virtual.

Greater Chicago Area

A multi-faceted role, providing inter-departmental support to over 30 staff members. Responsibilities included managing company’s accounts payable process for both National staff and our 115 camp chapters. I provided support for new employee onboarding, a process I innovated to improve our intern hiring process. Also responsible for researching and launching new systems to support our rapidly growing organization. I also planned and assisted with national events including staff retreats, summits and galas, and exclusive elevated events for potential donors.

Worked closely with the Camp Kesem Manager of Operations in helping to plan and organize the 2017 Summit retreat for all of the Camp Kesem Chapters from across the country. Responsibilities included coordinating registration, programming, travel and lodging arrangements for student leaders, national staff, and alumni. I was also in charge of organizing student waiver forms, travel to and from the airport, and other logistical aspects of Summit.

West Sacramento, Ca

Worked closely with the marketing team in creating effective campaigns and messaging to increase company awareness and boost product sales. Responsibilities included managing social media, blog writing, construction of monthly newsletters, developing and editing videos for social media and company website, and collecting research from previous projects to create case studies.

A student-run board with the mission of raising arts awareness across the UC Davis Campus. Board members conducted marketing campaigns, lead outreach efforts, and arranged a variety of student events to establish a stronger connection between the student body and the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts.

Internship consisted of creating 3-5 minute weekly news segments that would be played on the KDVS Radio station. Task included setting up and conducting interviews, as well as editing stories that would then be streamed on the KDVS Station.
