Engage Aviation & Software Engineering Directorate (AED) Divisions /Platform groups and contractors to assist in the development of a maintenance friendly environment for military and civilian personnel. Work closely with Program Managers (PM) CBM working groups as forums for input & status on projects that affect all key players. Software Engineering Directorate (SED), responsible for development and publication of the Data Warehouse Document, to include Data Integrity Management and Aviation diagnostic results. Ensuring cost, schedule and performance are within scope for the Integrated Vehicle Health Management System on Army Blackhawk and USAF Pavehawk Aircraft.

Maintenance & Logistics Engineer (NASA).Lead supportability, maintainability and logistics engineer on the NASA Constellation, Ares I and Ares V, Heavy Lift program. Developed and delivered analytical data to design engineering which affects the manufacture, assembly and maintenance activities for Ares. Identified and influenced emerging vehicle designs and ergonomic man-machine interface issues. Key technical focus was influencing mission-critical materials, components and processes. As Team lead for Ares 1, I wrote a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Document incorporating over 125 Ares 1 flight vehicle replacement components. The document resulted in our ability to minimize launch delay and meet the 96 hour launch window, without which the Ares V heavy lift vehicle would be destroyed. Net savings to the program was calculated in the millions of dollars. I received a NASA Award for this and other efforts. Lead Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) for Reliability engineering reviews and provided comment and correction of data on behalf of the NASA team. I was instrumental in the final delivery and acceptance of the FMEA for the Ares I and Ares V vehicles

Manager, Maintainability, Reliability, Human Factors EngineeringWorking directly for the Vice President of Product Support, I lead the advanced Space, Military and Civilian maintainability support engineering group consisting of 11 individuals and $2-$4 million dollars annual budget. Supervised and championed the Human Factors, Supportability and Maintainability engineering program to be retroactive to older products, there by offering a savings to government and civilian programs amounting in 1.6 million dollars over 2 years.Advanced Military and Commercial Training ManagerManaged and finalized a $2 million dollar training packages for the F-22 raptor program and delivered documentation to the USAF. Supervised the budget and disposition of expenditures for a training package inclusive of the propulsion system maintenance, test and installation. Subject Matter Expert Southern Association of Colleges certified training Instructor for Pratt and Whitney customer training covering familiarization, system and troubleshooting, heavy maintenance, testing and cockpit operations as well as Pilot familiarization courses.. Manager, Maintainability Engineering - Joint Strike Fighter Supervise and Manage the design and development of 36 individual maintenance and training packages covering multiple military organizations simultaneously. Senior Maintainability Engineer Collaborated with NASA on several programs. First; performed reliability and maintainability analysis of the five(5) RL10-5 Rocket Engine used on the experimental DCX single stage to orbit rocket demonstrations. Second; influence engineering and design on the Space Shuttle Main Engine Turbo Pump design. Instrumental in the maintainability analysis reflecting the need for design changes involving silicon nitride bearings rather than metallic bearings.
