Certified proper connector mating between plug-in modules and chassis interconnect.• Partnered with Molex on the mechanical design and routing feasibility of the complex, twinax cabled interconnect utilizing up to 7 miles of wiring in a 35RU chassis.• Collaborated with hardware engineers on design details needed for integrated Leaf, Spine, and Management Module testers for 100% functional coverage verification. Designed, released to build, and validated the final design on the module testers.• Received recognition award for design and build efforts providing a prototype unit at Intel’s first public presentation of Omni-Path Fabric (OPA) products at SC14.• Improved group’s productivity by implementing the Windchill PDMLink tool decreasing the amount of time needed to resolve CAD model compatibility issues.
