• Canvasses prices from atleast three suppliers, request quotation for price comparison for the proper selection of Purchasing Officer• Negotiate Contract terms and agreement and pricing• Review the quality of the Purchase Product• Prepares Purchase Order• Tract orders and ensure timely delivery of materials• Check the quality of the product on its time to its delivered• Coordinate with the warehouse staff to ensure the proper storage of the purchase materials• Monitor the stock level at the warehouse before I proceed to Puchase Order• Forward Purchase Order to Accounting department for on time payment
