As the need for Background Checks expands to every industry, I focus on expanding our service to new industries by attending trade shows, making cold calls, and meeting with decision makers. I oversee the sales process from a cold lead to a new account.

I started as an intern processing online sales and was shortly thereafter hired to be an Accounts Manager where I helped establish the Sales and Production process to accommodate for growth and expansion into new markets. I worked closely with the Sales Reps to support all of our accounts, and focused on building relationships with all of our retail stores so that I could anticipate their needs and work together to help them sale our product and keep enough of our supply in stock. I received all orders. I also kept tabs on production and when orders were ready, I was responsible for shipping the orders and communicating expected arrival dates. I received payments and worked closely with the accountant to keep the books current.

I currently work starting the brokerage from scratch. We are a part of UIAA and have the ability to offer quotes from 10 different carriers and currently are writing all personal and commercial lines of insurance.
