A total of 6 years experience in several industries like Cement Manufacturing, Maintenance, Construction and now in Property Management wherein my job is to lead the engineering team in the operation, maintenance, documentation, and regulation all engineering facilities, systems, and equipment as well as other related engineering requirements of the common areas, amenities and facilities of the building. Responsible and accountable for the creation and timely implementation of the 52-week Engineering Calendar and implementation and monitoring of MEPFS project.
