Flourishing Together CIO is a registered charity created to bring a revolutionary understanding of human nature to children, schools, communities and families. The model we employ is simple to grasp and reaches into all aspects of human thinking and relationships. With this knowledge participants are rapidly gaining skills to become emotionally aware, dramatically improve their relationships with others, and give purpose to their lives through being able to use the knowledge to guide themselves and those around them.

MindAble is a partnership between Richard Rowland and Penny Fuller. We provide psychotherapy for individuals and educational services for groups and organisations. We use the same model as Flourishing Together to help people to think clearly and build great relationships. We have recently developed the MindAble mindfulness and clear thinking programme.

Five years as operational commander of the Swindon Division of Wiltshire Police with day to day responsibility for operational policing. The role included many partnership responsibilities including membership of the Swindon Community Safety Partnership, the Local Safe Guarding Children Board and many others.
