General Function and Responsibilities•Monitor and challenge replenishment daily to exceed established distribution center service level and inventory turn objectives by finding and following up on all daily exceptions being reported•Analyze inventory levels and sales forecasts to ensure optimum inventory are maintained; balancing between in-stock and service inventory productivity.•Monitor and analyze the velocity of the ABC items in Ocala, Rancho and CJSL and compare to the average weekly usage to determine the proper inventory levels. .•Analyze and chart inventory turns data by categories (Raw, WIP, FG & Total) and by location.•Collaborate with Inventory Analysts & Managers in Ocala to Communicate; discuss reports or current projects, opportunities and recommendations.•Considers Inventory level per site, Sales/usages trends, current customer orders, Month to date Standard Lead time, Critical Items sales, Open Orders, Incoming Shipment, Monthly Forecast,, Expedite orders, calculate replenishment, releases orders via AS400 (MRP system).•Analyze Inventory efficiency at multiple locations.
