• Head of the Product Management team for Corporate and Financial Institution deposit liabilities • In 2013 delivered above-target growth whilst balancing that with Basel III LCR and Federal Reserve stress-testing considerations• Structured deals and negotiated pricing internally and with clients to ensure high win rate with maximum profit• Determined the impact of micro and macro economic changes (e.g. ECB actions, Cyprus issues) to ensure appropriate strategy• Aligned the business with regulatory changes such as Basel III and LIBOR reform• End-to-end ownership of the deposit product set including, inter alia, new product rollout to the EMEA region and investment planning • Re-focussed the Product Management discipline from an operational bias to a more strategic role
