• Head of the Product Management team for Corporate and Financial Institution deposit liabilities
• In 2013 delivered above-target growth whilst balancing that with Basel III LCR and Federal Reserve stress-testing considerations
• Structured deals and negotiated pricing internally and with clients to ensure high win rate with maximum profit
• Determined the impact of micro and macro economic changes (e.g. ECB actions, Cyprus issues) to ensure appropriate strategy
• Aligned the business with regulatory changes such as Basel III and LIBOR reform
• End-to-end ownership of the deposit product set including, inter alia, new product rollout to the EMEA region and investment planning

My wife and I travelled to Nepal, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia, Argentina, Brazil and Peru.

Within Cash Management I led a team of thirteen Product Managers covering liabilities of the Bank’s corporate and FI customers.Designed revenue generating initiatives to increase net interest incomeTeam of the year 2008.
