Contracted to ABB for the following task. Check of cable identification internally on all X2000 vehicle types before electrical conversion.

Employed as a Depot Manager for Warranty Implementation with their X40 Coradia double decker rolling stock project, in Stockholm Sweden where my duties include:Manage the Rolling Stock (RS) units in the depot from delivery to end of the General Warranty. Ensure the Warranty Implementation activities guarantee maximum availability for the customer. Implement and manage infrastructure/logistics/site processes. Manage WI Depot Team. Ensure presentation and commissioning of the units delivered in the depot on time. Ensure the contractual warranty by performing trouble shooting. Management and planning of modifications to deliver them on time and within budget. Manage warranty spare parts. Manage the technical configuration of each unit. Participate to the Return of Experience and contribute to Reliability Growth. Be the customer’s preferred contact. Ensure application of Warranty quality processes. Guarantee the application of EHS rules. Manage the depot to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Make everyone adheres to Alstom*s Xero Deviation policy. Contribute to WI image and skills acknowledgement. Responsible for Railway safety (RS) after Warranty and modification work.

Employed as a team leader and commissioning technician for Alstom Transport with their X40 Coradia double decker rolling stock project, in Stockholm Sweden where my duties include: Team leader of a 20 strong, mixed nationality finishing team. Directing them to finish and deliver 43 trains to a high standard and to customer satisfaction. Commissioning and modifications. System functionality tests, fault finding and rectification, test running on the Swedish infrastructure, wiring checks, component replacement, software downloads and diagnosis of information. It also includes direct liaison with the customer to rectify problems that are raised by them. General maintenance for test train running. Day to day fitness to run checks and all other maintenance. PTS and Safety Critical qualified.

Employed as a commissioning technician for Alstom Transport at their test centre at Asfordby where my duties include: Commissioning and modifications to the new Pendalino rolling stock. Involving system functionality tests, fault finding and rectification, train riding, wiring checks, component replacement, software downloads and diagnosis of information. It also includes direct liaison with the customer to rectify problems that are raised by them. General maintenance for test train running. Day to day fitness to run checks and all other maintenance. Successfully producing and selling 53 trains to Virgin trains. PTS and Safety Critical qualified.
