I completed my Nysc service year at the Bells University of Technology, as an Administrative Assistant to the Deputy Registrar(Academics) where I was in charge of parent and student inquiries and also handled Administrative and student documents. I was able to serve them properly by understanding their needs thereby increasing parents and students satisfaction to about 40% and I was able to organize a proper filing system for the department. Working in Bells University of Technology, definitely taught me more about multitasking and patience. It indeed was a great experience.
