Designed and developed an application to replace our legacy system and to streamline our billing, invoice generation processes for the business. I co-designed the applications following the principles of clean architecture.- Developed the client-side using TypeScript & SCSS on Angular 2+ framework.- Developed the server-side in C# using .NET Core and integrated our server-side code to Salesforce, which served as our database.- Invoice PDF generation using a Headless Chrome Node.js API, Puppeteer.- Developed credit note and write-off generation, which saved our billing operations team about 40 hours of work per month.- Developed invoice preview, which allowed for a live look at the invoices, credit notes, and late fees before the billing operations team sent them to the customers.- Invoice PDF generation brought the entire end-of-month process in-house, leading to more prompt monthly invoicing.- Performed code reviews and engaged in training colleagues to help improve their development skills following the clean coding best practices.
