Using my in-depth experience, knowledge and skills, I oversee all accounting operations for the group of company owned businesses including Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center, Blue Bell Country Club and Hansen Properties. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, monthly reporting, maintain ledgers and journals, cash management, review actual to budget variances, track and analyze key financial metrics and establish accounting standards, procedures and controls. In addition, I have directed the implementation of various software systems including POS software for restaurants, retail and hotel, general accounting software, member billing software, banquet and catering software, gift card tracking, payroll and timekeeping software. Also, developed and implemented accounting systems for numerous start-up ventures including weight loss center, photography studio, floral shop and multiple real estate development projects.
