Supervised crews of furniture installers: responsible for quality control, responsible for the safety and conduct of up to 22 workers at a time. This job demands leadership skills, creative problem solving, logistical planning, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Mentored students on academic probation as a Peer Coach for the Bounce Back Retention Program. Collaborated with a team of peer educators, C&PS faculty, and diverse student groups to reduce stigma on campus against mental illness through outreach, and education. Communicated effectively through public speaking and group discussions.
