My delivery role is focused on the development and delivery of capital programmes and projects working at a senior level within client organisations, predominately in healthcare and education.

The Hunslet Club has been helping young people to achieve their full potential for over 75 years. With a membership of over 2500 young people, the Club is are one of the largest youth organisations in the country serving the local community of one of the most economically deprived area of Leeds.The activity programme develops young people by raising confidence levels, providing vital opportunities to socialise with peer groups, learn new skills, live healthier lifestyles and develop self respect and respect for other that allows them to become responsible young citizens.

I am a member of our Senior Management Team for the UK Regions and also our North consultancy business with particular responsibility for driving the growth of Mace in Yorkshire and the north east. My current focus is on commercial development, corporate real estate and the public sector, though our team has the expertise to support clients across the full range of sectors.

Leeds

I joined Arcadis (originally EC Harris) as Health Sector Community Leader for the North and became an Account Principal with a national role following the January 2013 re-structure. A member of the UK Health Leadership Team, my role was split between Client Account Leadership and Project Director duties. I also took a lead in growing the health team in the north, both through the development of existing people and in strategic recruitment, particularly in facilities management due to growing market demand.In addition to contributing to the development of the business plan and the development of targeted sales propositions, I held key client relationships with a number of major UK clients and led EC Harris’ work nationally on the ProCure21+ framework.I also led on broader initiatives and commissions across the public sector before moving to support the development of EC Harris’ Renewable Energy team.I was also 'Office Principal’ for the Leeds office, leading the office community of over 115 staff to support delivery of the UK business plan and improving staff engagement and motivation.

An Associate Director in T&T's PPP team with responsibility for the team covering the north of England across a range of sectors.I also led the north east Health Team for T&T, covering all areas of the sector including acute, mental health and PCT's.

I was responsible for the management and delivery of a wide variety of multi-disciplinary projects, primarily in the regeneration and maritime sectors but also in oil and gas, defence, industrial and water sectors both in the UK and overseas. I was also Regional Business Development Manager, responsible for the management and coordination of marketing activities in the north of England.

I initially worked in the firm’s Construction Operations division where I had been responsible for the delivery of numerous small scale design and construct construction projects. I then worked on the management and delivery of a number of marine pipeline projects both in the UK and overseas. My role included the successful development of MWH’s marine engineering business worldwide. I was also actively involved in setting up and developing a global knowledge community.
