As Senior Manager – Enterprise Application Architecture I am responsible for the architecture strategy and digital transformation for BT’s corporate units, the evolution of its digital workplace, the tools required to transition BT to an agile organisation and supporting the Customer Facing Units (Consumer, Enterprise and Global) and Openreach to trade.Achievements • Owning IT architectural direction and technical decisions for key business transformation programmes including a Finance and Procurement Transformation, HR transformation and Better Workplace Transformation.• Delivered a pan-BT 3-5 year target architecture for the Enterprise Application Domain covering ERP, Group Business Functions, Digital Workplace and End User Technology, Enterprise Tools to support the business outcomes of BT Group, Customer Facing Units and Technology Units.• Delivered a 3-5 year target architecture for BT Group, Group Business Services and Technology organisations. • Owning the reference architecture, architectural strategic technology & vendor choice.• Setting the medium and long term costed technical direction and roadmap for BTs corporate functions that underpins an annual investment of circa £100million+ p.a. horizon planning. • Delivered a transitional state that align to business capability uplifts and business outcomes including prioritisation of the highest value outcomes whilst retaining stability. • Responsible for the signing off, of architectural and technology change recommendations for the enterprise application architecture domain, Group, Group Business Services and Technology.

Responsible for set the strategy, developing and deliverying the tools to support the Concept to Market process for BTID covering - Requirements Management- Process and Solution Design- Development - Continuous Integration Testing Enterprise Management Code Red Team- Management of failing non COTs package deliveries with senior exposure to successful delivery ahead or in line with expectations
