As a Recruiter at FMC Global Talent, specialising in the Surgical Industry I am responsible for a number of responsibilities which I carry out on a daily basis;- Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.- Perform job and task analysis and job specification and objectives that fit clients needs.- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule around other tasks.- Act a certain point of contact and build influential candidate relationships (CRM) during the selection process.- Monitor and apply best practices when looking for candidates.- Screen candidates CVs and job applications.- Finding the right sales lead ideally with a defined recruitment need.All of the above responsibilities are carried out on a daily basis in order for me to reach my full potential while working at FMC Global Talent.
