1. Lead and direct the finance functions of the whole company, which include finance and accounting, statutory and internal reporting, cost control, budget management, internal control and risk management etc;2. Supports the Board in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and yearly, and provides recommendations to solve any budgetary variance;3. Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy. 4. Supervise business performance for the past fiscal year as well as the current ones and provide financial advices to improve the performance for the upcoming fiscal years.5. Lead and enhance finance functions on matters pertaining to tax, treasury, accounting/reporting and the overall integration of finance affairs about the company.6. Provide objective financial analyses, recommendations and support for corporate development projects including investment, new business, and other major new business initiatives when required. 7. Design and improve financial management SOP, regarding policy, processes, systems and financial staffing and organization, to meet requirements from regulatory bodies to ensure meet compliance requirements;
