Founding Numerisk was a natural progression when I started to think about bringing together the learnings and experience from 20 years in the General Insurance industry, a decade of this time working in senior roles for a large multinational insurance broker. Spending time with clients both in Australia and overseas in volatile markets whilst solving complex problems has given me a strong sense of purpose. Playing in the middle really isn’t my strength, it's out on the edges where the challenges are much more tangible and at scale – this is where Numerisk is valuable to clients and partners alike. I’m excited and feel incredibly privileged to lead Numerisk as a purpose (not profit) led organization.That said, the best thing I have done, and will do for the world are Isla and James - my beautiful (and very naughty!) children.
