➢ Support manufacturing process development and validation for new product introduction.➢ Responsible for providing technical support and guidance on process implementation and analysis to ensure conformance of the assembly process to set specification.➢ Identifying and driving implementation of improvements to maximize throughput and capacity utilization.➢ Develop working instructions, standard operating procedure and process documents and ensure they are followed.➢ Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.➢ Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solution using Engineering method.➢ Ensure attainment of the station’s optimum yield capacity, as well as high product quality and reliability.➢ Ensures proper implementation of stablished manufacturing process.➢ Identifies, modifies, and upgrades processes and control in order to meet set quality yield and turn around time at optimum cost.➢ Drives/generate program geared toward improvement in cost, productivity,and quality for manufacturing needs.➢ Attends to all customer issues, provide data analysis and their corrective and preventive measures.➢ Identify ways to reduce production cost through recommendation – i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improved performance.➢ Troubleshoots problems in manufacturing and responds to customer complaints on technical matters.➢ Generates and reviews process documents such as specifications and work standard guides to be used and implemented in the production.➢ Ensure adherence to customer standards and recommends actions like stopping production and hold shipment if necessary to contain and correct quality problem.➢ Ensure adherence to quality systems standards and procedures, such as Advance Product Quality Planning, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, etc➢ Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of customer (internal or external).
