After having great success in the corporate world I was given the chance to showcase my entrepreneurial skills on a global scale. Ive been able to build a global business expanding across 17 different countries and acquiring thousands of customers has allowed me to chase my goal of having a more balanced lifestyle. After a very successful 6 months into my Deputy Manager role at phones 4U I was promoted to becoming the General Store Manager which enabled me to grow as a leader and run a large business model. I was privileged to run some of the largest stores in the company and manage over 40 team members at any one time. My great drive and tenacity drove me to becoming really successful within my role being store of the month and having awards month in month out for Customer feedback. As the business leader I had created a work force that not only enjoyed their job role but looked for internal promotions. There are normally two types of managers in retail one is a sales manager and the other a peoples manager. I strongly believe that promoting and working on a team ethic is a key strength which looked after my sales whether they was motioned or not.
