Arranging appropriate training for team members, review work performance. Deal with collective agreement issues.Supervising, coordinating and monitoring the execution of scheduled work plans and unplanned emergency and breakdown work, determining sequence and assignments based on work priority and availability of equipment and manpowerWorked closely with the maintenance planner to ensure planned jobs are within scope and providing feedback on work completed, work to be rescheduled, parts and materials. Providing relevant information to be considered in development of upcoming work plansProviding timely data into various information systems (i.e. work order history, employee pay details, monthly reports, etc.)Coordinating unscheduled work with equipment downtime with operations and taking accountability to increase availability of equipment in areas whilst providing maintenance support for after-hours work and weekend workWorking with engineers in conducting upgrades, expansions and modifications to the existing infrastructure, taking the ownership for planning and execution of the breakdown work that includes ordering of parts, following up on the parts and scheduling the resources Show less
