    I worked full-time (40+hrs/week) during summers and school breaks, and part-time (20-30 hrs/week) on-site during the academic year. During my first summer I focused on streamlining outdated and cumbersome tests for wearable patient monitors. I created a GUI and did some scripting that made network stress tests much faster and easier to run. After my first summer I worked for a team that designed MRI-compatible patient monitors. My role was to test the feasibility of new components, for example, a new speaker and a display. I maintained schematics, BOMs, and interconnection diagrams for a few different projects. I also released my first design, a modular AC mains filter that attenuates high-frequency emissions.
