About Richard Stanton

Richard has over 25 years experience in successful programme and project delivery. Richard worked for HM Prison Service for 15 years before moving to senior roles within the UK Border Agency and the UK Home Office.Since 2004, Richard have been working as an independent management consultant and has successfully led a number of high profile business transformation projects with the UK Home Ofice, Metropolitan Police Service, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Justice as well as a number of overseas security related deliveries. Richard is experienced at working at operational as well as at Board / Ministerial level and currently holds senior level UK security clearance.
