Public Diplomacy and Communication - researching and writing articles about the ‘Energy Strategy 2050’ and the ‘green growth’ agenda for Danish embassies abroad as well as international media.

I managed a team of 15 press assistants, contacted international press, wrote press releases, presented stories and generated press interest. Press strategy was to present human interest stories for those already affected by climate change. Over 100 countries reported on Klimaforum09, including coverage by Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC, New York Times, The Guardian.

My role was to liaise and work with camera crews from African and Asian TV production companies, regarding making locally produced documentaries for BBC World – Earth Report. Oversaw the whole production process from pre-production, scripting, filming to final editing.
