Jiffy is a worldwide supplier of environmentally friendly propagation systems, hydroponic systems, growing containers and substrates for the horticultural industry.A new position, created to coordinate, accelerate and monitor Jiffy's sustainability agenda in relation to all aspects of production processes and products. Ensuring that sustainability is part of our DNA in all daily and long term work practices and product developments, and developing a close partnership with customers and other external stakeholders to improve sustainability together.Often closely connected to sustainability, Digital Transformation focuses on developing Jiffy's future sales offering (products and services) and customer connection points to deliver the best customer experience through digital innovation and implementation.

Responsible for a team of professional Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers across Europe and into Russia, Ukraine and neighboring countries.A diverse role managing an experienced sales team across a large geographical area with different types of markets (mature and emerging) and customers including high tech production and more traditional horticulture and agricultural practices. Full responsibility for daily sales operation and longer term strategic planning to achieve profitable growth and high customer satisfaction.

Direct responsibility for the sales, marketing and business management of the UK subsidiary of Jiffy Products International. A varied role including taking care of existing customers and developing new sales, while positioning our marketing to support future development. Business responsibilities included import documentation, tax affairs and budgeting.

Daily planning and management of a busy order picking and despatch department handling more than £6m of live plant orders annually for Garden Centers and Amenity clients. Working with a team of up to 30 people during peak periods.
