Interact with prime contractor and the client (US Army & Marines) on behalf of the US Government to maintain the intent and integrity of the ATN (Afghan Transportation Network) Program. Development, implementation and maintenance of verifiable methods to track program metrics and provide weekly in-depth dashboard analysis reports to the US Government. Identify, troubleshoot and refine processes of the ATN program to continually improve the level of service provided to the client as well as increase the efficiency of the prime contractor. Assist in further expansion methods of the ATN Program to include servicing the multi national militaries which make up NATO and to identify possible new clients the ATN Program would benefit.

Imbedded with the US Army 840th DDSB (Deployment and Distribution Supply Battalion). Responsible for training US Military and Contractor personnel on the implementation and use of the US Army IBSCMM (Integrated Booking System Container Management Module) and Container Inspection Processes to determine sea worthiness. Responsible for accountability, tracking, and managment of over 90,000 ISO containers within the Container Management program throughout all of Iraq.

Scheduling, problem solving, and movement support for all base life support functions and construction projects. Networking and developing professional relationships with the US Military and other private contractors. Development and implementation of comprehensive follow through tracking methods for cargo movement within the theater of operations. Monthly accountability, tracking, and inventory control of all ISO Containers in the KBR inventory on Al Asad (~800+).
