Senior Readiness Expert in the Joint Force Analysis Cell (JFAC) providing subject matter expertise in monitoring and analyzing the readiness, location, and availability of Joint and Service forces. Acknowledged expert with Service and Joint Readiness Reporting Systems such as Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic (DRRS-S), Defense Readiness Reporting System Army (DRRS-A), Global Status of Resources and Training System (GSORTS), Army Readiness Management System (ARMS), and others. Highly experienced in tracking units, monitoring force status and in selection and training of mission ready units for deployment for the Joint Staff.Selected by Joint Staff senior leadership to perform a high-level review of DoD and Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Readiness and Training Instructions. My analysis and recommended changes were accepted by senior level staff and helped to ensure JFCOM’s equities are correctly identified or corrected. Integral member of JFCOM’s J3 Missile Defense Management Workgroup working in conjunction with JS-J39 SMDD, Missile Defense Agency, STRATCOM JFCC-IMD to develop policy and procedures to support global missile defense requirements. I have a working knowledge of European Phased Adaptive Approach efforts (EPAA), Defense of Israel (DOI), AEGIS Ashore, Theater High-Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) and TPY-2 current and future programs. Selected as Lead Analyst in support of four different Government Accountability Office (GAO) Studies reviewing a readiness of JFCOM Components. Provided the GAO with detailed analysis and recommendations regarding personnel, equipment, training, and readiness reporting of forces preparing for deployment.
