• Establishing a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and all other Microsoft Office apps• Servicing accounts through ticket exchanges and printing and fulfilling ticket orders• Compiling ticket sales reports using Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce CRM • Building special ticket discounts for various organizations using FEVO • Providing excellent customer service for fans via phone, email, and in-person at the box office • Prospecting new areas and businesses for the ticket sales department to target • Assisting with set up and tear down of all equipment prior to and after the completion of the game
