I have created and led commercial real estate investment strategies for more than 35 years in institutional and family settings, both in the United States and internationally.- I am experienced in both consensual and contentious financial and operational restructurings of commercial real estate ventures, having started my career as an owner of Class A and B midtown Manhattan office and retail properties during the last severe office market downturn of the early 1990s.- I have extensive granular experience in financial restructuring negotiations. (I am also an attorney.)- I possess extensive direct experience in leasing, construction and marketing in stressed market environments, particularly in the office and retail segments, enabling me to enhance operating performance of assets.
