I ensure that my team is utilised effectively on Capita's strategically important public sector contracts, that they are deployed effectively on the right engagements in order they can give the best to Capita's delivery, our clients and the public and can achieve their professional ambitions by supporting their stretch goals and personal development.I am the Team Fisher Deputy Programme Director and Transition Programme Director leading the transition of legacy Royal Navy training service contracts into Selborne contract.
