• Managed the day to day operations of four business units - two aggregate and two HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) facilities.

• Worked closely with the QC department as it related to product quality and monitored gradation reports daily for all plants and products.
• Met with vendors regularly to make sure we were getting the best prices and quality for the materials purchased, including services.
